A fantastic opportunity has opened at a brilliant practice that Choice Vets are working with. Our client based in Wakefield has a full-time position for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and highly skilled team in a multi-discipline environment. The practice are wanting a Veterinary Nurse who is passionate with sharing the same core values and work ethic, with it also being important to not that there is a very varied and interesting caseload consisting of orthopaedic, neurology, soft tissue cases and advanced medical issues which makes for a dynamic work place.

This is a very diverse role as the Veterinary Nurse who is successful in joining this practice will be working on medical shifts, surgical shifts, consulting shifts, rotating on evenings and weekends plus occasional night cover. The practice does have a permanent night team, so night cover is few and far between.

In terms of what the practice they can offer the new Veterinary Nurse, there are plentiful opportunities to be involved with in depth cases which allows for your nursing skills to be fully utilised. Furthermore, CPD allowanced of £600 per annum will be provided alongside memberships to BSAVA or BVNA included and a competitive salary.
